• Assembled and led an elite team of consultants to address civil, transportation and government affairs complexities, and worked closely with mechanical engineers on central plant design and development
• Worked collaboratively with high level architects and landscape designers to create a master plan and vision
• Participated in complex negotiations to secure a Development Agreement with City of Glendale
• Worked with lobbyists to secure county and state-level tax increment funding and participated in negotiations with owner participation agreement with Glendale Redevelopment Agency
