As a technology leader, I have experience collaborating with disparate teams in the areas of compute, network, and storage engineering to deliver operationally efficient cloud-based architectures. I primarily focus on operating production workloads in AWS; however, I'm very familiar with rack-and-stack in the physical datacenter as well. I focus extensively on designing, maintaining, scaling, and continually optimizing production-ready architectures that scale well and are easy to understand.I enjoy working with teams that have a clear mandate and ambitious goals. I find that large, ambitious goals communicated in a way that articulates the value to the organization or other stakeholders coupled with clear accountability and well-defined areas of responsibility leads teams to produce amazing results -- often in novel ways that, and often, more efficiently than predicated at the outset of the project.
