My father liked to cite the old Benjamin Graham saw: "Everything is AAA at the right price." This principle helps one stay agnostic in financial markets where the pace of change rivals Moore's Law. As to the future of the field, I think this quote from my friend Matthew Weatherley-White sums it up perfectly: "In the future it will simply be unacceptable to disregard the environmental or social consequences of investing. Impact investment is inevitable."
