Working with global brands and rightsholders in the sport and entertainment industry through providing partnership strategy and commercial support.

My role with the Gemba group sits inside the company's Marketing Strategy division. We provide strategic alignment and commercial assistance for brands within the Sport and Entertainment industry.

My role at MEC was situated within client and communications team. Therefore I engaged in planning marketing strategies on behalf of market leading clients. My role involves developing activation strategies and analysing best fit scenarios whilst using industry tools to generate media channel proposals. This position caters to a key strength of mine, demanding the ability to create and establish relationships with key stakeholders for the best interest of clients.

Worked within Lagardère Sports (previously World Sports Group), Singapore office. I have been situated in Melbourne understanding the fundamentals of digital media and promotion within the Sports industry. I was a part of the social media team that presented the official platform for the AFC Asian Cup. My role within the team was to look after the events social media platforms. Furthermore, I developed a LIVE blog platform, which was the first time in a multi national Asian tournament. Our innovation made AFC Asian Cup one of the most successful digital sporting events in Asia and the world. Through digital media I have experienced behind the scenes relations with sponsors and activating marketing plans.

I applied and was successful in acquiring an internship with the international sport agency SportFive in their Singapore office. Here I was exposed to the environment of business in sport and quickly became enthralled by the industry. I was quickly given strong responsibility positions especially with the companies media show, FC Daily. I wrote transcripts for the Soccer based TV show whilst also appearing as a pundit on the show as a specialists on Australian Football. Additionally under the guidance of close mentor Hass Aminian I learned about specialising in Sports marketing, in particular Sponsorship agreements where I was able to sit in on team meetings. Lastly I was able to contribute to the companies event management and operations through conducting research and analysis on the Kia World Extreme Games and a member behind the successful Tiger Street Football competition.

Interned with the Singapore Sports Council, the governing body for sport in Singapore, and assisted with their analysis of Team Singapores performance at the2010 South East Asia Games. My responsibility laid within data analysis, where I aided in assessing athlete performance to identify funding measures moving forward.
