With the help of others I’m always developing my sense of self in a bid to move my business forward in the best way possible. I think I’ve always sought out some kind of purpose, needing to feel that I'm building something more than a business alone. I want to feel proud of the work I’m doing.In my role as culture lead, I’m passionate about consistently improving the way we think, work, look after and collaborate with one another. We’ve introduced new processes to ensure our team are happy, healthy and deeply motivated to do their best work, including a 4 day working week. I will never be a firefighter or a nurse but I’ve come to learn that the digital sector has its place and can genuinely make an impact on peoples lives. That’s what motivates me above all else.We’ve been supporting the missions and ambitions of charities for over 21 years to create meaningful, sustainable impact. I’m proud to lead an all-star team of strategic thinkers who challenge the status quo and produce award-winning websites and campaigns that rally audience support when it matters.
