• Establishing a meaningful network of engineers with an interest in sales engineering, inviting industry professionals to body meetings, leading workshops to improve interpersonal skills• Leads research & development of relationships with local industry professionals & companies• Drafted constitution, bylaws, other founding documents, officially recognized by UD in Spring 2022• Recruited, interviewed, and lead an executive leadership team of 8 members
