Sagebrush is a church of over 9,000 people. I am a worship pastor whooversees our Los Lunas multi-site campus. This entails being proficientin video, audio and lighting equipment. I also manage the setupand teardown process of this campus. I pray with and shepherdthousands of people and am gaining tremendous counselingand ministry experience in my time at Sagebrush.

Responsible for a variety of tasks related to runninga successful, ministry-focused Christian music studio. Workedunder the mentoring and leadership of Ed Cash, producerfor: CHRIS TOMLIN, DAVID CROWDER, NICOLE NORDEMAN,MATTHEW WEST, and many more.Managed all interns.

Actively involved in the worship program from beginning to endfor multiple services for a congregation of over 10,000.Worked with Planning Center software, sang/played foradult services and led worship for youth services.Provided guidance in musical style and direction.Performed duties as assigned in thepreparation for all worship services.

I was the main worship leader for the camp staff. I also worked maintenance and did misc. jobs around the campsite.

I lead the congregation in worship once or twice a month. I had to be an effective speaker on stage in front of a couple hundred adults, work well with teams and be organized. I did this while going to school at The Master's College in Santa Clarita, Ca.

for the adult contemporary servicewith an attendance of over 500. Responsible for coordinationwith both professional and volunteer staff, in collaborationwith the pastoral team. Led all Junior High and High Schoolministry worship services/teams while a student.

I was in charge of cleaning, tearing down/demolition work, organizing and many other misc. tasks around the campus. I also painted rooms, did minor electrical and plumbing jobs.
