Building on my career as a Business Analyst I am currently working within the Britvic Commercial function. In this role I am responsible for analysing requirements and working on the delivery of solutions in alignment with the functional roadmap and IT standards. This includes working with key stakeholders throughout the project delivery lifecycle to ensure requirements and solutions are delivered and are embedded into the operation.

Working within a Business Unit IT role, I have had the responsibility working with customers on a global scale, managing expectations to deliver projects and changes to a time and cost. • Business analysis role for a global customer, defining the client needs to implement a new IT system to help control the arrival of vehicles onto a site, providing a web enabled slot booking functionality.• Held requirement gathering workshops with customers, senior management and developers to ensure that customer expectations were met yet ensuring technical and design constraints were considered allowing effective resource management when defining UAT requirements. • Responsible for championing, leading and implementing a customer visibility IT System for one of DHL’s key contracts. • Experience in communicating with stakeholders up to senior management, effectively influencing key individuals.

A one year placement within the central Transport IT team, reporting to the head of IT for Transport.I had the responsibility for supporting strategic applications such as OTM, Microlise, CTMS and Paragon. Experience includes:• Acting as the BU IT Project Manager for an upgrade of OTM. I was responsible for liaising with the Project team to communicate project progress to all interested stakeholders, identify & mitigate risks to the project success whilst adhering to the DHL DEPICT methodology. • Supported and took ownership of IT Service Management processes, demonstrating the competence to manage incidents and problems with internal/external customers and suppliers on a daily basis.• Data analysis and reconciliation of significant payment invoices on a weekly basis. Responsible for following up on any transmissions that may have failed and to find the root cause of the problems. • Gained experience assisting with financial analysis including Actuals vs Forecast to provide an accurate financial status to maintain and manage budget.

As Part of a trained team of engineers, I was responsible for the transport of mobile ATMs, together with cash in transit.The role involved: - Working across the UK, installing, maintaining and repairing the machines, ensuring the ATMs were maintained to the highest standard, ensuring uninterrupted cash availability throughout the event. - Cash management and replenishment.

As part of my year working visa in Australia, I joined the team at the latter stage of a 5 year $100m project within the SOE deployment team. The role involved: - Providing a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organisations desktop computing environment. - Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining & upgrading all hardware equipment’s throughout the project to ensure optimal performance and uninterrupted downtime.

I undertook a 12 month work placement at General Motors as a Reporting & Metrics Analyst within the Sales & Marketing area.This Role involved: -Portfolio management duties including resource management and Metric Reporting.- Tracking and measuring Metrics and Performance.- Updating Export Compliance classifications making sure all systems/databases in Europe were compliant as well as managing the Export Compliance training records within Europe.- Supporting the Office of CIO.- Managing and maintaining the relationship with a valued external research board.- Responsibility for the Communication of information within Europe.-SME for SAP Business Objects Reporting.-Reporting Updates to IT Leadership team.Key achievements included planning and developing new Export Compliance training opportunities for employees as well as being considered a SAP Business Objects SME for the region frequently training and instructing others, whist producing weekly & monthly reports for the senior IT Leadership Team.
