Working as an on-site Alliance for Adecco c/o Virgin Media. Adecco provides a HR solution for our on-site client IBM, who report directly into VM. The principle elements of my role are to provide support to all associate employees of Adecco in relation to all aspects of HR. In addition to this, given the complex nature of the on-site in which I work it is.

Field Based

I commenced a secondment in November 2011, overseeing the recruitment and contract delivery for our client Vertex.

I progressed to Team Leader in July 2008. Along with making sure the core role is completed by my team I also collated the monthly payroll information for the centre of 400+ associates.

Originally I started with Adecco on a temporary contract as part of a recruitment team within the Virgin Media assignment. I gained permanent employment with the company in February 2008 as an administrator in the HR department.
