Co-Founder & Creative Director

Milk For Tea

London, United Kingdom

Milk for Tea is a Social Enterprise that was created to progress the ideas of masculinity. In the enterprises’ early days, our main focus was on the male community; driving to see change in how men felt about themselves, ultimately lowering the suicide rate in which statistics were shockingly high. Throughout our journey, we have had to adapt as an organisation. In late 2018, after delivering workshops all over the UK, we decided that there was a need to do much more.We recognised that men carried the majority of power in many organisations. We were also receiving feedback and enquiries from organisations that their culture needed to change, and toxic masculinity was one of the main reasons why. We built a model as to which we believed change could occur – our Theory of Change. This at the basis of any culture changing programme that we built. As Creative Director, all identity and branding responsibilities are delivered; including tone of voice. Proposal packs, multimedia content and all social content are also covered. The building of workshops and delivery is done alongside Managing Director & Co-founder, Daniel.Notable businesses that we have worked with, but is not exclusive to, are: Arcadia, Bacardi, Bournemouth University, Natwest, OVO Energy Rolls Royce, & WeWork.Notable press that we have been featured in, but is not exclusive to, are: Soho House: House Notes, Wine + Bowties, The Bristol Cable, The Sunday Times & Kiln Theatre Programme.

The role is predominantly to build a MTM suit with a client, on appointment basis, offering a very personalised and individual service. The presence of this service and my knowledge also boosted Suiting sales for the store, overturning a huge deficit in 3 monthsAccomplishments - Since becoming PT Specialist, 28 appointments were completed - doubling the company record for the time period. For the calendar year sales averaged £14,000 per week, with ATV of £550 and UPT of 2.5.
