Executive Team Leader Asset Protection
• Assistant Store Manager position that drive sales by creating an environment that the guests and team members feel safe and secure while deterring theft.• Manage the day to day operation of the Asset Protection team; payroll, hiring, scheduling, creating goals and tactics to impact high theft merchandise.• Implement district programs to reduce theft and create a safer work environment.• Identify operational processes causing merchandise shortages; develop action plans with department managers to reduce loss from operational inefficiencies and theft.• Procurement of supplies for special event and other operational needs.• Responsible to plan, execute, and follow-up store projects and crowd management plans for special events for example Black Friday and Inventory.• Support logistics team and make certain that vendors are held accountable to contractual obligations• Store Remodel: Responsible for the risk management plan regarding impact of full store remodel.Review complete workload with contractors and vendors after each stage of construction to make sure work is completed correctly.Internal and External Investigations• Identify and Investigate employees conducting unethical actions such all types of theft, fraud, and embezzlement.• Conducting subject interviews to gather evidence, identify other crimes committed, and locate fences• Knowledgeable in following investigational computer program: Genetic Security Center, Inside POS, Base24, ACAPS, Greenfield Dashboards, excel, PowerPoint.• Train and on-board new district store leaders
