At Richardson, I was responsible for applying payments received to invoices. I cleaned up the payments received from Canada and made sure payments were applied correctly. I verified and approved vendor information to make sure the account and banking information were correct. At month end, I entered accrual journal entries for fixed assets, prepaid, intangibles, and other accounts to update their book values. I had to convert the international currencies to US dollar when I entered journal entries. During the audit season, I helped send the reports the auditors asked for and answered questions they had for clarification. I prepared other reports for my supervisors, and helped as a backup when other colleagues were on leave.At Midwest, I
