I am looking for opportunities in Project Management, with interest in Risk Managment, Resource Management, and Business Analysis. Additionally I am seeking to volunteer time as a PM to support a good cause and improve the lifestyle or opportunities for others.

I was directly accountable for two-of-ten troubled properties. Required very strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and team development to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and moral of over 150 personnel assigned. I negotiated with stakeholders for allocation of limited resources for operations, marketing, advertisement, and facility needs. Resulted in 15% reduction in operating costs and nearly 30% increase in profitability.

One of nine assigned to establish casino policy including cross-departmental operating procedures. Supervised/coached team development, designation of duties, supervision of over 200 assigned personnel, resulting in a highly successful grand opening and successful first year of operations.

This highly successful operation was the first casino to be opened by Hooter's Inc. I was one of two subject matter experts assigned. I was responsible for strategic planning, financial analytics, and policy development. Significant achievements include the business being selected by the Washington State Gambling Commission as its agent training facility, and consistent rating as the number 1 rated operation in its region in terms of volume and profit.

I directly coordinated multiple (avg. 3-6) commercial reconstruction projects in $500,000 to $2,000,000 range across a large region of Southern California. I coordinated with stakeholders to ensure complete satisfaction with all deliverables while minimizing scope creep and documenting scope change. Scheduled and directed multiple contractors to multiple projects simultaneously consistently producing outstanding results.

Planned and implemented naval operations globally. Highly-developed cross-functional team dynamics including centralized and de-centralized real-time operations in high-risk environments. Major achievements include qualification as CIC Watch Officer directly responsible for the ship's actions under fire.
