Location Support Coordinator
Balance client care with office logistics to maintain an inspiring office environment, ensuring efficient operation through facilities management, IT support, and HSEQ compliance.*Deliver a positive visitor experience, welcoming clients, visitors, and contractors while maintaining correct visitor sign-in protocols.*Manage meeting rooms, including facilitating the set up of AV, Tele/Video conferencing facilities and refreshments.*Assist with new starter onboarding using Smart Recruiters TAS and conduct new starter inductions including an Intranet introduction.*Maintain auditable records on the company's systems and databases.*Liaise with building management teams and external contractors to arrange completion of any maintenance or reactive work.*Use cloud-based accounting software, Maconomy, to create POs and maintain accounting records.*IT assistance and other general requests.
