During my summer internship at CMHA, I developed and optimized extensive SQL code for batch upload processes, significantly improving data handling efficiency. I authored two comprehensive instruction guides: one detailing the functionality and usage of SQL code from export to batch upload, and another serving as a reference for beginner to intermediate SQL skills. I also hosted a training session for employees, teaching SQL basics and demonstrating code functionality and application. Additionally, I converted data from text to codebook values to ensure accurate data mapping and performed intricate database queries using inner joins and flowsheet row numbers to extract relevant data.

During my experience at Saugatuck, I shadowed employees during in-person showings with potential clients, managed the company sales booth at real estate convention (ICSC), interacted with potential prospects, answered questions, and gave company overviews as well as aligned property owners with prospective tenants through analysis of variables such as square footage, space requirements, co-tenants, etc. Through these different aspects of the internship, I was able to develop my sales, research, and analytical skills.
