Jack Croken, MS, OTR/L is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey providing rehabilitation services at Professional Physical Therapy in Morristown, NJ Jack began his career as an occupational therapist after graduating from The University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2021 and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2022. He has clinical experiences in providing occupational therapy services to individuals with differing disorders, including but not limited to, orthopedic conditions, musculoskeletal disorders,and neuromuscular disorders. Most recently, he has experience in treating upper extremity conditions including: distal bicep insertions, UCL repairs, tricep repairs, cubital tunnel syndrome/ulnar nerve transposition, lateral/medial epicondylitis, distal radius fractures, hand and finger fractures. Jack was born and raised in Lincroft, NJ. He was a NCAA Division III Cross County/Track athlete at the University and Scranton and continues to train for triathlons. Outside of work, He leads an active lifestyle through surfing, hiking and tennis.
