Responsible for the programme management of Planned Care QIPP projects across all LCG's within the CCG. The planned care programme is responsible for aiding the CCG to achieve financial stability and in addition a number of projects that are aimed to improve the quality of services within the locality, this includes schemes aimed at preventative measures that will have a wider impact on the local health economy. Within this I'm responsible for the delivery of a number of QIPP schemes, current projects are;- Implementation of an electronic referral support tool across the CCG (108 practices) including the collation and development of referral pathways and policies.- Implementation of a Community Anti-Coagulation Service across Huntingdonshire- Management of Referral Support Service and Prior Approvals processes following successful implementations.My role includes the identification and scoping of new projects that will improve patient experience while being beneficial for both providers and commissioners. Responsible for the management of projects on both a local and CCG wide level including Referral Support Services. I have a keen interest and in-depth knowledge of Clinical Threshold policies, GP Referrals and service re-design. Key responsibilities include; Data Analysis, Financial Modelling, Impact Assessments, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement etc etc.From November 2013 until the end of this role I was working 3 days a week as a Project Manager for the wider CCG.
