Roles: Member (‘22-’23) & Structures Subteam Lead (‘23-’24)● Took advantage of an opportunity to build my engineering knowledge outside of the classroom ● Attained hands-on experience in engineering project management through Project Liquid, a team building a liquid-propulsion rocket engine using N2O and IPA fuel for use in an IREC competition rocket in the near future● Aided in designing and building the test stand as a Structures member while learning machining techniques● Equipment includes: drill press, mill, band saw, tapping machine, 3D printer, basic power tools● Worked closely with other subteams to create an open, swift environment that emphasized project-wide collaboration● Gained an in-depth understanding of rocketry, including fluids supplies, propulsion basics, and avionics components● Contributed to our Water Flow Test (4/23) by implementing safety practices and test-day procedures

● Certified in First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)● Trained in emergency situations and deep-water rescues
