I also help seniors set up their devices, understand key features, and stay up to date with the latest iOS updates. I am educating them on the importance of online security and how to recognize and avoid spam, phishing emails, scams, viruses, and malware. I guide them on how to access and manage their health information online through health apps and patient portals, ensuring they stay connected and informed. Additionally, I help seniors use communication apps to stay in touch with loved ones through video calls, messaging, and social media.
