I am a student at the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR) pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis. I have worked in the Project Management Office (PMO) at TCS on a global SAP project, where I developed proficiency in various programming languages, including C, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ABAP. Additionally, I have skills in agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Monday.Furthermore, I have experience in telemarketing, where I handled customer communications and support with a focus on technological solutions. This role allowed me to enhance my skills in customer service and problem-solving, particularly in the context of systems and software, which complements and strengthens my profile in the IT field.
