• Utilized traditional and nontraditional resources, such as social media, job fairs at large and small venues and online career engines to attract quality candidates • Screened resumes, interviewed candidates, and conducted references/background checks, made recommendations for hire, delivered employment offers and entered candidate’s information into ADP for payroll.• Worked with managers and business leadership on human resources issues, providing insight and options compliant with regulations and industry’s policies and culture. • Maintained daily interaction with management and associates to insure an open line of communication is maintained in order to identify and address any issues, needs, and/or concerns as they arise• Managed associate onboarding process at both ends.• Involved in operational functions within the facility/region as appropriate. Responded to unemployment claims and reports worker's compensation claims, benefits, etc.• Implemented, communicated, and managed HR programs, policies, and associate guidelines to achieve goals and fulfill legal requirements. Investigated, documented, and resolved associate relations issue. • Reviewed payroll weekly basis via Kronos, ADP, and delivery of payroll checks via FedEx for approx. 100 employees.
