After helping tie up some of the loose ends with a now concluded Community University Research Alliance (CURA) project, I researched the role of language in the planning processes of multilingual cities. In order to better understand the local context and importance of manufacturing, I produced thematic maps in ArcGIS using Stats Canada data. Additional maps for public consumption were produced using an in-house membership dataset and published using the MapBox platform.
