1) To monitor the ramp operations service delivery standards and to ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with the company’s standards and stipulations.2) To review and write up all ramp services related operating procedures and enforce and revise such from time to time.3) To maintain custom airlines manuals.4) To recommend and implement programs and procedures for services improvement and safety.5) To conduct relevant statistics and report for operational use and direct report to Quality Assurance and Standards Manager.6) To conduct schedule or non-schedule performance check, ensure all operators are following the laid down procedures.7) To investigate and reply custom airlines complaints or other operational issues.8) To liaise and attend the custom airlines meetings, collect and exchange update information.9) To coordinator and organize both internal and external audits from custom airlines or authorities. 10) Assist and take role in ISAGO project.
