I have 18 years experience running my own cafe as not just a manager but the full time cook. I have a great work ethic and very much enjoy working as part of a team or alone when necessary. After selling my business in 2022 I thought I’d have some time off but clearly I’m not a sit around type person and started looking for a fresh start. I was lucky enough to be offered the cook/kitchen assistant role within the ellenor hospice and it’s a role I am very proud off. My work ethic is very much still there and I really enjoy coming up with new ideas and trying new things to help raise much needed funds for the ellenor. I enjoy interacting with the patients as well as going out and running our ellenor Christmas market stalls and making valentine food boxes, Mother’s Day boxes etc all of which we sell in house and to the general public.
