Strategically drafted settlement agreements with state attorney generals which maximized the deductibility of settlement payments.• Reviewed US FTC calculations, and implemented interest allocation strategies which utilized excess US FTCs before they expired. Additional corporate tax experience includes PREPARING FEDERAL AND STATE TAX RETURNS for Household International’s manufacturing division.
