Collaborated with the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a Texas-based software company offering a suite of content management, portal, collaboration and document management software solutions to champion a marquee, worldwide Initial Public Offering (IPO) Roadshow that successfully listed the company on Nasdaq (Ticker Symbol: VIGN); Vignette was recognized as one of the top performing IPO's of 1999, generating one of the 10 best first-year stock price performances in NASDAQ history. Served as the Senior Financial Executive with direct accountability for the budgeting, planning and management of finance and accounting personnel in addition to oversight of the human resources, recruiting, information technology and legal functions.

Played a key financial leadership role in growing a 45-person single product domestic company into one of the largest privately held and most profitable international enterprise software, Software as a Service (SaaS) and electronic commerce companies in the world, with over 400 employees worldwide; supported company growth as annual revenues climbed from $2.5M to over $200M. Managed all corporate accounting functions including direct responsibility for revenue recognition, budgeting and planning, investment activities, litigation and human resources activities, cash management and invoicing, credit/accounts receivable, tax planning and audit preparation, benefit and payroll administration and financial reporting
