After 2.5 years in my previous role as the Social Media Manager at SolarWinds MSP, things changed rapidly as the business unit transitioned into a publicly traded company, N-able. This evolution led to a significant transformation in my role.Initially, my focus was primarily on content management, strategy development, monitoring, and running paid social campaigns within a team of eight social media experts. However, as N-able's only social media specialist post-transition, I embraced a promotion to the position of Corporate Communication Manager.My new role involved a broader spectrum of responsibilities, including acting as the central liaison for all social media-related matters at N-able. This encompassed a more strategic approach to social media and internal corporate communications.To streamline operations and maximize efficiency, I mastered Sprinklr, recognized as the premier enterprise-level social marketing software, utilizing its rule-engines to automate routine tasks. This automation provided me with the bandwidth to focus on critical brand initiatives and overarching business objectives.Collaborating closely with our CMO and senior-level marketing executives, I played a pivotal role in rejuvenating and reinvigorating N-able's social media presence, ensuring it remained aligned with our new and evolving corporate identity and vision.

Leveraging my strong Instagram following, I launched a private drum instructor business after winning 1st place in national Drum Corps competition. I coach drummers across the country, working with individuals to identify goals and create development plans with a focus on technical skills, leadership, teamwork and community involvement.
