These tailored tools are developed following a muti-method, multi-time job analysis to ensure the assessments are future-proofed and predictive of success. These online, integrated assessments test behaviours, preferences and cognitive ability whilst offering insight and face validity for the role in question helping to up the predictive power and reduce attrition.With experience across industries, across the work life cycle and across technologies, I've worked with clients to introduce a Strengths-based approach; improving the candidate/participants' experience and meeting key KPI's.
