Setting up a new community sauna and cold bathing project in East Bristol

CEO of Bricks, a creative and community focused charity based in Bristol. Bricks came out of an Arts Council England funded research project to look at the long term resilence of both Antlers as an organisation and the wider creative community of Bristol as the city continues to develop. Meeting Kim Wide in 2018, the project that became Bricks started to look more holistically at how local, creative and social enterprise communities could thrive together through programming collaborative activties and securing the spaces that our need to thrive in the long term. Various fixed term freelance roles, generally to initiate and deliver projects to deliver on another organisation’s goals. 🏛️ - The Architecture Centre, 2020, Delivering a collaborative project between English Heritage and The Architecture Centre to better understand the communities of Temple Church, Redcliffe and to work with them to vision potential futures. 🔬- New Platform Art, 2019 - 2020, Commissioned to devise and deliver a viability study on if and how NPA programmes could be delivered in the South West. Carried out stakeholder mapping, interviews and analysis with universities, corporate sector, visual arts sector. ☘️- National Trust, 2017 - 2018, Guest Curator initiating and developing Contemporary Art Programme with Stourhead House, Collection and Gardens. Delivery of year one of programme.🎨 - Studio Upstairs, 2012 - 2013 - Curator delivering an Arts Council England funded project with three exhibitions a lead artist and writing project.

Summer working on Bristol’s community owned ferry boat service

Founding and leading gallery over eight years starting as a nomadic gallery, hosting pop ups in Bristol and London then evolving through to creative producer roles working on exhibitions, commissions, publications and partnership projects across commercial and non profit visual art sectors.
