I'm a software developer turned agile coach with an aptitude for communication, an interest in the software development process in all of its forms, and a passion for helping people get better at getting better!Following my time at University, I founded a software development company, So Good Studios, alongside two of my fellow graduates. My role there was both that of a company director and a software developer - I undertook business development, sales, and marketing tasks, as well as being a development resource on a number of client projects, programming in C# and JavaScript.Upon leaving the company I took on various software development positions, and over time my interest in agile methodology and associated development processes turned into genuine opportunities for responsibility. In my current position I coach two agile teams in the use of various development methodologies and strategies for continuous improvement, as well as constructive conflict.
