I led the IT operations for Volato supporting Pilots, ground support crew and admin staff across the US. I administer Microsoft Active Directory, MS Purview, Sharepoint and Teams admininstration portal, Microsoft Entra, MS Copilot, Microsoft Intune platforms for Apple, iOS and Windows IT assets. I am responsible for setting the direction for IT Strategy, IT cybersecurity policies and IT data and Sox 404 compliance policies. I launched our mobile device and hardware management initiatives. I migrated onsite servers to Sharepoint for our offices in Houston and installed a new wifi infrastructure at our hangars in St Augustine, Florida and Hobby Houston Texas. Each month, I lead monthly IT training sessions on Microsoft, ForeFlight, Schedaero, Genesis iPreflight, Garmin with Pilots and ground crew at our recruiting events.

Working across Europe, UK and Ireland, I designed and project managed IT building systems for 8 new Student accommodation buildings with third party providers in Belfast, Granada, Barcelona, Sevilla, Spain and Porto, Portugal.
