Managed Crescent Real Estate Equities’ Miami portfolio comprised of five commercial office buildings, totaling over 2 million square feet. Implemented project management protocol and directed completion of $17 million in capital and tenant improvements; accomplished undertaking ahead of schedule and under budget. Responsible for maintenance of a mixed use portfolio comprised of office space, retail space, and a Marriott Hotel. Operations management included financial reports, budgeting, lease administration, tenant and capital improvements. Supervised personnel in excess of 75 employees.
