An experienced Senior Commercial and Product Manager for Marlborough Group , comprising host-ACD services, Investment Management Solutions and Platform offering to fund manager, wealth manager and sponsor partners. Responsible for strategic relationships with key partners, commercial and contractual progress with existing and future partners, ownership of the products we manufacture with these partners including designing, changing and ensuring ongoing success. Whilst at Link I established an Investment/Asset Operations team focusing on all aspects of the Asset Universe, including (but not limited to) CoAcs, Pricing, IBP, and Trade Management . Prior to this I created a Service Delivery function including building relationships with key clients and recruiting/training. I have had significant and broad experience in Operations with a particular emphasis on Custody and Fund Administration in the fields of Corporate Actions, Trade Capture, Settlements and Income.Previously I have also had experience of Retail and Leisure Management, Engineering Consultancy and Public Sector WorkSkills: Relationship Management, Corporate Actions, Trade Capture, SWIFT, Project Management, Change Management, Innovation, Team Management, Inventory and Audit, Merchandising, Ordering, HR, Recruitment
