As a member of the Third Line team, it is my role to investigate and resolve any issues that may arise from operational use of Jaguar Land Rover's InControl Telematics features, supporting the Telematics Service Desk with any escalated concerns or queries. I also work alongside the JLR Quality Engineering teams to provide support for off car investigations.

Moved up from Deputy Manager within the TSD to take on the Technical Manager role. As well as responsibility for the day to day running of the team, I was charged with leading technical escalations from TSD case managers for further incident progression.

Working as part of a successful team, I am responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly as well as acting as an escalation point for the TSD Case Managers. Other tasks include process refinement and training members of the team to further their understanding.
