As the Controller my primary focus is leading the accounting and finance department through rapid growth of the company and revenues. Communicate control deficiency trends to key stakeholders and partner with impacted process owners to determine adequacy of remediation efforts. Provide subject matter expertise and support for Corporate Finance sponsored projects and prepare and review internal communications on behalf of Corporate Financial Controls Group. Prepare and/or review the communications to external audit and internal audit, and partner with them to identify new and emerging control issues and regulator expectations. Partner with key stakeholders to incorporate new and emerging internal control related guidance into Company’s COSO policies.Own and assist with the development of the trainings for the benefit of Corporate Finance, and maintain working knowledge of contents of the Company’s Form 10-Q and 10-K.
Corporate Treasury - Accounting Policy
Manage accounting policy projects by reviewing transaction documentation and researching technical accounting guidance. Build and leverage relationships with the business leaders heading the transaction to ensure all necessary information is reviewed, researched and included within the accounting policy.
