• Created strategic plan to develop a replicable business model, by communicating with every employees from CEO to truck drivers, observing operations, and analyzing each item of costs in past 5 years• Presented to whole company (200 people) on my plan, supported by majority to take into action• Identified $200,000 annual cost savings by standardizing operations and streamlining our service• Led 3 person team (including SVP and R&D head) to decide on our new product, conducted surveys to 100 clients of all ages• Initiated development of our future major product, an intelligent trash can, and designed its prototype in cooperation with R&D department
