Leadership:Promoted to the London leadership team before 30, subsequently promoted to Pearlfisher Partner shortly after. Managed the day-to-day operations of the London studio alongside wider leadership team, overseeing a business of 65 employees. Responsible for the London client base, working directly with complex, global businesses.Strategic Account Planning: Developed and executed multi-year client growth plans for the London studio. Regularly optimised client base to increase annual spend and client profitability. Cross-sold additional products and services to access new budgets and revenue streams while maintaining cost base. Prepared and presented client performance quarterly to the Founding Partners.Client Growth: Responsible for existing client revenue globally (excluding the US). Annually budgeted and delivered over 70% of all company revenue and grew annual client billings year-on-year consistently through the implementation of client development plans and building a 14-strong Client Management team. Exceeded revenue target YOY and in 2023 client profitability target of 35% by an additional 10%.Client Development:Led strategic and roster pitches on key client accounts for globally recognised brands. Working directly with C-Suite and Procurement, to manage client RFIs and rosters and negotiate rates, rebates, contracts, exclusivity, and IP clauses with the support of legal and finance. Led internal weekly client development meetings with cross-functional teams to build and report on client activity and pipeline.Team Management:Led and managed the London Client Management team. Responsible for account allocation, revenue distribution, recruitment, and overall team structure. Organised and chaired bi-weekly director meetings and all-team monthly meetings. Collectively set, aligned, and improved shared processes, ways of working, and best practices. Helped introduce and set OKRs/KPIs for team members and managed pay and performance reviews.
