My heroes have always been announcers and narrators and voice actors, the people whose voices can tell a story, draw you in, explain what you need to know, alert you, excite you, tell a whole story with a few lines of copy, an imagination, and a powerful versatile, attention-getting voice. My team and I transformed it into the premier trolley and amphibious tour company in Boston, boasting 21 brand new, uniquely designed trolleys and acquiring six additional ducks.
