In 2022-2024, I provided legal support to the Marketing and IT Procurement teams in the Supply Chain Group of The Coca-Cola Company, negotiating and drafting agreements with global marketing agencies. I also negotiated and drafted procurement agreements for Coca-Cola’s IT Group. Prior to The Coca-Cola Company, I worked as a contract lawyer for Entrusted Advisors, which is a women-owned company headquartered in Atlanta. Entrusted Advisors specializes in providing flexible legal talent and managed legal services to legal departments in some of the nation’s largest companies. My assignments supported the legal departments of Aflac Inc. and The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to Entrusted Advisors, I worked as General Counsel for the Business Networks division of EasyLink Services (later acquired by Open Text). EasyLink provides global messaging services and electronic-data interchange services on a SaaS basis. I supported the sales team by providing quick and practical legal advice to help them achieve their sales quotas. Prior to that position, I was General Counsel for Cypress Communications, a Voice-over-Internet-Protocol company located in Atlanta. Cypress provides voice and data services on a SaaS basis to small- and medium-sized business customers in the top 30 markets in the U.S.Before Cypress, I was Senior M&A Counsel for BellSouth Corporation in Atlanta, representing its Corporate Development group in its merger & acquisition activities and formation of new technology partnerships. During my tenure at BellSouth, I was General Counsel for one of its subsidiaries, BellSouth International, where we formed joint ventures to pursue cellular licensing opportunities in the U.K., Western Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
