Responsible for managing a wide range of fashion products in the e-commerce business and ensuring that inventory levels are well-maintained in both the warehouse and branches. Collaboration with the sales and marketing team closely to generate volume forecasts. Working with Singapore HQ/DC and overseas suppliers to generate weekly orders.Monitoring end-to-end stock movement and implementing effective supply planning processes to maintain SOH integrity. Analyzing stock variances to identify root causes and reduce monthly discrepancies.Addressing issues related to obsolete or excess stock; liaising with marketing team to identify list of promotions (offline Events quarterly) but maintaining margin at target level. Liaising with couriers to handle inbound delivery & custom clearance and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Liaising with the supply team to manage inventory, customer service, and operational metrics. Working closely with major suppliers to ensure OTIF and maintain warehouse stock at target levels. Additionally, preparing regular stock updates for the Sales and Marketing teams and managing the storage layout of a designated area.
