I am a recent graduate of Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs. I received a Bachelors of Science in Public Affairs with a major in management, and additionally received a business minor from the Kelley School of Business. I am currently a Carrier Sales Representative at Circle Logistics in Fort Wayne, IN. This position has let me exercise my interests in working and communicating with others as I work with carriers and my team to provide top quality solutions our customers’ freight needs. I strive to deliver the best quality of service to everyone that I work with whether it is internally or externally. I want to be able to helps others solve their problems and help them discover new opportunities. I love challenging situations and hard work. To me, there is no more rewarding feeling than the satisfaction of working out a complex problem. The feeling of success and excellence after multiple attempts and revisions to an issue at hand is priceless. I especially love problems that can be figured in multiple methods so that I can develop a solution from my own, unique angle. I take pride in my hard work, uniqueness, and determination. My passion for problem solving is especially amplified when I am working in a group setting. This is why I fell in love with sports, especially baseball. When I have the ability to collaborate and bounce ideas off others, I know that my work will always be at its best. I find motivation in being a part of a team or group and do my best to motivate those around me. Being in a group motivates me to take a lead role and provide a standard of excellence, which is why I loved pitching while I played baseball. When I am working with and for others in a collaborative environment, the best of my person is brought out.
