NCAVA has been serving volunteer administrators for over 45 years, provides a certification program, an annual conference, and oversees local NCAVA affiliates for professional development and networking opportunities.The primary objective of the NCAVA President is to maintain successful operations of the organization, oversee all Board members and activities, and ensure the accomplishment of NCAVA’s mission, vision, and goals.

The primary objective of the volunteer President-Elect is to ensure that good relations are maintained between NCAVA, and its affiliates and members, as well as assisting the President in maintaining the successful operations of the organization.

Provides strategic leadership to association-wide vision and goals for volunteer administration, talent recruitment, and general human capital operations for over 1400 employees and over 1300 annual volunteers. Operations duties include diversity and inclusion benchmarking, organizational development, policy leadership, HR compliance, employee relations and engagement, and supervisor mentorship.

Cultural Consulting provides training and consultation services relating to cross-cultural communication with extensive experience working with Indigenous Peoples and Latin America. By offering coaching, seminars, on-site training, Spanish translation, project planning assistance, and other services, we hope to make the world community a more peaceful and equitable place for all.
