My responsibilities include managing Windows accounts and mailboxes. Setting up and configuring share access and permissions. Troubleshooting a wide range of incidents and providing support fulfilling service requests that customers have asked for.Ensuring servers are correctly backed up using Symantect Backup Exec. SuccessCurrently providing 24/7 support for a wide community of customers. Users are based globally and may well contact out of hours support to receive a solution to a wide range of issues. Issues may range from remote application software such as Juniper and Citrix, to software installations and software configuration.

Started my apprenticeship with Cobham Mission Equipment as an Engineer, so i studied engineering for a year and managed to successfully obtain two Engineering qualifications in this time. In my NVQ level two I achieved a distinction and I passed my Btec level two to almost the highest pass grade available.
