Jack has more than 25 years of diverse civil trial and appellate experience in complex commercial litigation; litigation involving capital project disputes in multiple industries; investment litigation arising out of asset purchase and sale agreements; litigation involving petrochemical companies, financial institutions, investors and corporate officials; litigation involving coverage, employee, contract, and other business dispute issues; and litigation on behalf of local governments and public officials. Jack, who is a member of the Sedona Conference and a Partner Co-Chair of this firm's E-discovery Initiative, also has significant experience with evaluating and implementing leading-edge technologies in connection with his active litigation docket and in pre-suit counseling of business clients that wish to manage their e-discovery risk and spend.
