At Coles, I am a supervisor in the service department, responsible for managing a team of 3-6 members while delivering service, solving escalated customer service issues, approving returns, selling tobacco, and meeting KPIs.

I served as the Project Manager and Client Liaison for a small group of 4, overseeing the end-to-end development of a tailored WordPress website solution to meet Align Your Space's specific needs. During this project, I significantly contributed to the implementation of design features, security features, functional requirements, and more. I worked closely with Align Your Space throughout the project, actively demonstrating our solution's iterations to ensure high quality deliverables in-line with Align Your Space's needs and expectations.We successfully implemented value-adding features for Align Your Space, such as a Customer-Quote-Request System, Learning Management System, Employee Portal, and industry-standard analytics. This project helped Align Your Space with their decentralised online presence and processes, streamlining business actions and decreasing the number of steps customers need to take to engage the business.

At Grill'd, I worked in food preparation and customer service as a Trainee, working closely in team environment to deliver high quality food and service while maintaining high food safety standards.

At ESTiN, I aided in organising events and participated in distribution of food, water, medicine, and clothing to local Thais and asylum seekers over 7 events.
