I have spent most of my career developing and deploying new technology. Most recently I developed and deployed IT infrastructure, servers, and applications for a new R&D laboratory in Israel. I was in charge of High performance computing at GM Research for over ten years. This period of time saw great change in the cost and architecture of such systems. I have considerable expertise and experience managing high performance teams, budgets, and negotiating outsourcing contracts [with SLAs].
