Worked closely with the business leaders, technical leaders and all teams inside of Essintial. Was responsible for the creation of the process documentation, identifying process inefficacies, documenting gaps in processes and driving the identified gaps to closure. Created inspection/measurement tools to ensure that processes and changes are being followed while training teams on approved procedures. Created and managed the change control process to ensure that any changes in the processes were the correct thing to do for Essintial, their clients and their partners.

Created a targeted game plan for increasing catering sales: strategic planning, cold calling, presentation skills, and effective closing sales techniques. Managed existing accounts to ensure ongoing repeat catering sales. Worked closely with café teams to uncover and pursue additional business. Provided excellent customer service by following up with clients and maintaining ongoing professional relationships. Trained all new catering members on strategic and operational procedures, while continually mentoring the Central PA team.

Managed artists' day to day workflow, including delegating work and evaluating artist's performance. Lead critiques and meetings with artists and creation/redesign of ads. Contact sales reps and clients to deliver highest quality of customer satisfaction, while fielding emails and phone calls to assist internal and external staff.
