I have carried out a variety of roles whilst at Prima Solutions including, Support/Implementation Analyst, Help Desk Leader, Business Analyst, Finance Consultancy and Lead and in the last 7 years, Account Manager. In my current role, I aim to build strong relationships which allows me to work with the customer to deliver the best software solution to their current requirements and review business processes to support change to allow more efficient performance within the business.
