In my current employment I am an Account Manager to many customers and Finance/Payroll Lead within the business, which means I work at all levels to support the business in making decisions on the software we integrate with and work closely with the third party (Advanced Business Solutions) to ensure that we continue a great relationship and deliver the best solution in a structured and timely manner. I have carried out a variety of roles whilst at Prima Solutions including, Support/Implementation Analyst, Help Desk Leader, Business Analyst, Finance Consultancy and Lead and in the last 7 years, Account Manager. In my current role, I aim to build strong relationships which allows me to work with the customer to deliver the best software solution to their current requirements and review business processes to support change to allow more efficient performance within the business.
