I've spent the majority of my career in various technical support\enterprise administration positions, primarily working for universities and government entities. Over the past 5 years I've been able to use my transferrable skills in such areas as Medical Cannabis Education\Operation as well as teaching CIT courses for a community college. My experience in the technical field extends beyond break\fix but includes mentoring, project management, software training, and technical documentation. In every position I've obtained, I've had to wear many different "hats," this has enabled me the ability to fill in areas where assistance is needed. I have had the pleasure to lead many successful large scale projects including email migration for the Commissioner of Social Security to planning, organizing, and executing a 600 person move.
