Jackie Bailey, R.N. realized her lifelong dream in 1994 with the opening of P-B Health Home Care Agency in Baltimore, Maryland. As founder and CEO of the agency, she has continuously provided quality home care services to elderly, disabled, and post-surgical patients throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area. As a child, she began to realize that healthcare for the elderly and poor had serious inequities. These observations are what fueled Jackie’s desire to become a nurse and later on, to start her own home care business. She saw first hand the need for home health care services during her 15 years with the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Baltimore. P-B Health Home Care Agency is Medicare/Medicaid certified and licensed by the State of Maryland. It is a JCAHO-accredited, Champus-approved provider. P-B Health is a member of the Maryland Association of Home Care, the National Association of Home Care, and the Home Associations of America. (2003), and MNCITA’s Malinoski Award (2002). Jackie is a member of the Board of Directors at Helene Fuld School of Nursing, Coppin State University, Vice President of Board of Directors ,Village Learning Place and is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Soroity, Inc., Alpha Zeta Chapter.
